On 27 October, the inaugural ceremony of the Chinese Network Audiovisual Association’s Micro-Synthetic Working Committee was held during the launch of the China Network’s Audiovisual Orange Index conference. The head of the China Cyber Audio-visual Association, a representative of a business in the micro-sphere industry and an expert scholar gathered to witness this important moment.
A list of members and members of the first leadership group of the Micro-Syndicate Technical Commission was presented at the ceremony. The Vice-President and Secretary-General of the China Networked Audiovisual Association, Zhao Kyung-chun, and the Chairman of the Small Short Theatre Trade Commission, Yang Zheng, jointly presented their cards for the Commission.

In his message, Yang Zheng proposed three main directions for the future work of the Commission: first, to create enabling content, to follow up on the important ideas of Xi Jinping culture and the powerful countries of the network, to maintain a people-centred creative orientation, to encourage the production of good work that is relevant to life, reflects the spirit of the times and conveys positive energy, and to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the population; second, to promote self-regulation in the industry and, within the framework of policy and regulatory frameworks, to take the lead in the negotiation of standard rules and regulations in the key areas of content production, copyright protection, regulation, fair competition and labour security, in order to create a sound environment for the development of health in the industry; and third, to set up a platform for communication, through the organization of business cooperation exchanges and international dialogue, to help China’s micro-drama enterprises achieve greater development in domestic and foreign markets.
The inaugural ceremony was followed by the first working meeting of the entire membership of the Micro-Sphere Industrial Commission, with the participation of representatives of the first 46 member units and 16 members. At that meeting, the Chairman of the Commission, Yang Zheng, offered offers of appointment to the Deputy Secretary-General of the first session of the Council and to the members of the Commission. The Association ‘ s Vice-President and Secretary-General, Zhao Kyung-chun, attended and addressed the working session, stressing that the micro-short play industry was at a critical stage of rapid development and that it was necessary for the Commission to undertake research at the macro level and to develop strategic planning to help the micro-short drama to grow into a representative content business in the context of the great renaissance of the Chinese nation. In addition, the meeting invited the head platform to share its views with a number of members, including representatives of production institutions and eminent pioneers. The participants agreed that the establishment of the Micro-Sphere Industry Commission was time-sensitive to industry developments, and looked forward to the future Commission ‘ s work on enabling the creation of fine products, promoting technological innovation, enhancing copyright protection, facilitating the flow of information and enhancing industry exchanges, and helping the micro-sphere industry to take a new step forward.

The China Network Audiovisual Association’s Micro-Synthetics Working Committee, which is a branch of the Chinese Network Audiovisual Association, has a broad membership of industry organizations, audio-visual platforms, production institutions, new media institutions, universities, research institutions, technical institutions, copyright authorities, industry-owned media, and electrical platforms. The establishment of the Micro-Systems Technical Commission is intended to further the implementation of the management and management priorities of the National Radio and Television Authority, to strengthen the self-regulation of the industry and the development of the rules governing the service sector, to promote exchanges within the industry and to contribute to the creation of an ecological environment of excellence.
