Take-Two issued its fourth quarter and year-round financial report, and mobile operations once again became the lead company. Zynga has the best quarterly net booking record ever. Best performers for the mobile end of the fiscal year include Toon Blast, Match Factory, Empires & Puzzles, Color Block Jam, Words With Friends and Toy Blast.

According to the financial statements, in the fourth quarter, net mobile-end reservations amounted to $829.1 million, an increase of 14 per cent over the same period, or 52 per cent of the total reservations for the platform. Host platforms account for 38 per cent and PC and other platforms for 10 per cent. Throughout fiscal year 2026, net mobile-end bookings are projected at $3.3 billion, an increase of 15 per cent over the same year, or 49 per cent of the total company bookings.
The net booking for the fourth quarter of Take-Two was $1.58 billion, higher than the previous projection of $1.51 billion to $1.56 billion. Net annual bookings of $6.72 billion were higher than the previous projection of $6.65 billion to $6.7 billion. Given the high expectations of the market for GTA 6, it is expected that the performance of the 2027 fiscal year will increase significantly to between $8 billion and $8.2 billion.
Take-Two also listed a number of mobile endpoints, including:
Toon Blast is 25% more than that.
“Empires and Puzzles” 5% over the same period
Color Block Jam is 15% more than ever.
The 16-year-old game “Top Eleven” brings in “the strongest season in history.”
WWE SuperCard downloaded 39 million times for life.
NBA 2K26 Arcade Edition is the top five game of Apple Arcade
NBA 2K All Stars registered to 10 million users in China

Take-Two also indicated that two mobile games were planned for the next fiscal year. Reference is made in the financial paper to Natural Motion ‘ s CSR 3 and Nordeus ‘ Top Goal, two games that have been in operation for some time without giving a precise date of publication.
The face-to-face consumer business of Take-Two was also positively evaluated. Take-Two indicated that face-to-face consumer business was driving profit growth, “reduce payment friction” and increase “conversion and customer loyalty”.
Take-Two mobile operations are expected to decline slightly, as explained by the company ‘ s CEO, Zelnik, at the Press conference, that this was due to the unpredictable nature of mobile charges and to the maturity of newer games such as Color Block Jam and Match Fact. “We never expected that the number of users would be large, especially at the moving end, because it was impossible and the rate of hits at the moving end was so low.”

As for AI, Zelnik acknowledges that the company is already using a creative AI-based advertising ad: “I visited a studio under the flag, and they showed me some real-person ads, which are cute and interesting, with zero post-AI advertising costs, and we used to hire third-party companies to do a real-person ad, which could cost as much as $25,000, $50,000 or $100,000.”
Zelnik stressed: “The entire marketing team in this studio has only two people, who have done very well, and AI has made it possible for them to produce good work more efficiently and at a lower cost, which is good for the company.”
Special mention was also made of the dynamic mobile communications industry in Turkey, as well as local tax breaks and subsidies provided by the market.
